Booking & Cancellation Policy
We cannot take bookings directly over email or social media.
If booking online you will pay for your appointment in advance. In the past we found that patients booking online have been more likely not to attend their appointment therefore advance payment is required.
If booking directly with a member of staff we will take payment details in the form of credit or debit card in order to secure your appointment (just like a hotel may do the same). These details are stored safely in an encrypted fashion via a Stripe integration in our online booking system. Payment will be taken after your appointment. If you wish to change your payment method while attending your appointment we can facilitate this.
We operate a 24 hour cancellation policy. When you book an appointment you are booking a time slot of practitioners time. Our appointments are often in demand. If you cannot attend your appointment we need reasonable notice to allocate the time slot to another patient. Our time period of 24 hours is very generous as many facilities have a much longer period. Longer appointments may have a longer cancellation period applied but you will be advised of this in advance.
